Terms of Sale

These terms cover purchases of the $1K Creative Strategy from Internet Cowboys LLC, doing business as ATTN Agency, San Diego, California ("ATTN," "we," "us").
What you're buying
A custom creative strategy for your brand: a strategy deck and a recorded video walkthrough, built from the intake you submit. It is a one-time purchase for $1,000 USD. There is no retainer, subscription, or ongoing commitment.
Delivery
We deliver your strategy by email within 10 days of receiving both your completed intake and your payment. If we need clarification, we'll email you, and delivery may move by the time it takes you to reply.
Refunds
You can get a full refund any time before work begins. If we review your intake and decide we can't do strong work for your business, we'll refund you in full. Once work has started, the sale is final.
Your rights to the work
Once you've paid in full, you may use the delivered strategy for your own business, including sharing it with your team, creators, and creative partners. We may keep a copy and may reference anonymized or general learnings. We won't publish your strategy or name your brand as a client without your permission.
Your information
You confirm that what you share in your intake is accurate and that you're allowed to share it. We treat it as confidential and use it only to build your strategy. See our Privacy Policy.
No guarantee of results
The strategy is our professional recommendation. We don't guarantee any specific sales, revenue, or advertising results from using it.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
